Earlier State Aid Payments & Data Capture Dates for FY 2023

Laws 2021, Chapter 404 shifted the monthly payment dates for basic state aid payments in FY 2023. Beginning in July 2022, monthly basic state aid payments will be made on the fifteenth business day of each month. Monthly data capture dates will also move up in FY 2023 to accommodate the earlier basic state aid payments. Typically, School Finance publishes basic state aid payment days and data capture dates for the upcoming fiscal year one or two months in advance, but we are publishing FY 2023 data capture dates six months in advance to provide additional notice of this change.
