Welcome to the Office of Digital Teaching and Learning
The Office of Digital Teaching & Learning is a conduit between Local Education Agencies and technology resources in support of digital equity for K12 in Arizona.
The mission of this Office is to serve Local Education Agencies in a consultative role by building a community of educators and solution experts dedicated to supporting the vision of achieving digital equity for all students to achieve their full potential.
Established in July 2021, the Office of Digital Teaching and Learning was created in response to a recommendation from the Education Technology Task Force, a group established by the superintendent of Public Instruction Kathy Hoffman.
The strategic plan for the Office of Digital Teaching and Learning has been informed by feedback gathered from Local Education Agencies. The plan includes three areas:
- Community: Building community with Local Education Agencies and solution experts.
- Data: Assessing needs and measuring Local Education Agency progress in Arizona.
- Solutions: Facilitating technology solutions and resources.
