Estrella Educational Foundation will monitor the effectiveness of interventions implemented through benchmark testing, both formative and summative assessments, and teacher input. For summer school and tutoring efforts, we are mainly addressing low SES students, of the majority being Hispanic and African American. Most of the low SES students, of the majority being Hispanic and African American, are those who have experienced learning loss. The curriculum that will be used for tutoring is Achieve 3000 along with project-based learning.
