ADE's Chief Information Officer, Beth Neeley, joined ADE in 2021. With over 20 years of government and manufacturing experience, she is a passionate leader with a proven record of building fruitful partnerships to reach a common goal.
ADE IT developed technology for the Arizona Education Learning and Accountability System (AELAS), which includes the highly innovative AzEDS student data system.
ADE's full-service “IT shop” also provides ADE's program areas with specialized application development, data management tools, and comprehensive desktop support. In addition, ADE IT is responsible for the Help Desk ticketing system, ADEConnect single-sign-on and ADE's Event Management System, as well as for a bevy of other applications and projects that schools and other external users utilize daily.
Following ADE's goal of providing continuous service to local education agencies, the Information Technology division oversees the Office of Digital Teaching and Learning. This Office works in collaboration with local education agencies and IT solution experts to promote efficiencies in the implementation of technology for Education in K12 across Arizona.
