Osborn School District #8 will address the academic impact of lost instructional time by offering summer school, reducing classroom sizes and offering our Osborn Community iSchool as an additional instructional option to families. Osborn SD is allocating the required 20% set-aside to cover summer school for three consecutive years. Summer school tutoring will take place for 4 weeks and certified teachers will be delivering instruction throughout the summer program. The student to teacher ratio is intended to be 15:1, with instructional assistant supports.
