The School Level AFR forms are now able to be submitted in Budget System. Navigate to this link to access ADE Connect for submission in Budget System.

BUDG-25 reports for all school districts have been posted to the School Finance website. FY 2024 September BUDG-25 reports have been calculated using the FY 2024 September BSA 55 information.

The School Level AFRs are expected to be released September 29, 2023 after the Auditor General’s office finalizes its updates. You will be able to access this form on the Auditor General’s website here upon the release of the forms.

The FY2023 Statewide Recalculation has been completed and a list of results can be seen in the file linked attached; Charters and Districts are listed alphabetically.

School Finance has manually calculated final Group B FRPL and Gifted add-on payments for the FY23 Statewide Recalculation. The files included describe the calculation process and details for each district and charter.

The School District Employee Report (SDER) On-Line Application is now open to accept employee data. This application is accessible through ADE Connect.

Reminder: Payment 4 will be based on data captured that is passing integrity and generating ADM in AzEDS. Actual data in AzEDS will be used to calculate ADM for Payment 4.

School Finance had to rerelease the K3 FY23 AFR and FY24 Budget files. Please download the latest files by navigating to this website.

The FY 2024 K-3 Reading Budget and FY 2023 K-3 Reading AFR zip files have been posted to the LEA Budget Resources page of the School Finance website.
