Due to decreased capacity and staffing shortages, custom and restricted data requests are on hold at this time. We expect to be able to respond to customer requests again in the next 2-3 months. Please indicate how timely your request is, and expect several months before the agency is able to follow up.
Public record requests are still being processed in accordance with Arizona Public Records law.
This form should be used to request information from the Arizona Department of Education.
If you are seeking information from specific schools, districts, or other institutions you must contact them directly to make your request. Requests for information from institutions that serve students beyond 12th grade should be directed to the institutions themselves or to the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education.
