If you are having issues with your ESA account (login credentials and/or password), please call 602-542-5393, option 8, or send a Help Desk Request.
ESA Recipients are contractually obligated to turn in a Quarterly Expense Report. Failure to do so can result in account suspension, termination, and fund forfeiture.
