Request for Presenters - DUE Wednesday March 31st 11:59pm
It is with great excitement that Title IV-A & B (21st CCLC) announce their “2021 Title IV-A & B Symposium: Expanding Horizons” will take place in a virtual format on Thursday July 15th & Friday July 16th, 2021. Title IV-A is collaborating with Title IV-B (21st CCLC) programs to highlight and feature engaging virtual workshops for over 500 participants. Sessions should focus on supplementing students’ academic and enrichment programs by creating a rich variety of classes and activities, including outside of the instructional day, that help students become proficient and connect with learning through Title IV-A and Title IV-B funded programs. Sessions should include practical strategies and tangible resources that teachers, principals & other school staff can immediately transfer into supportive environments and an enriched learning experience. This includes supporting 21st CCLC after school programs, as well as Well- Rounded subject areas such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), environmental literacy programs, art, music and physical education. Safe and Healthy student programs such as social, emotional learning, student and staff wellness, and nutrition and health education, and Effective Use of Technology programs including blended learning, technology education including coding, and programs that increase digital literacy. We look forward to recieving your proposal to present at the 2021 Title IV-A & B Symposium Expanding Horizons!
