You can register up until the time each workshop session begins. But you are encouraged to register early and attend ALL of the workshops!

Yes, there will be an opportunity for up to 20 sites to participate in a learning cohort with The Learning Agenda experts and the sites will be eligible to apply for additional enhancement funds in FY24 and FY25 to incorporate the learning from the Summer Learning professional development series.
The application is available at the 21st CCLC’s Best Summer Ever! Learning HUB at https://sites.google.com/view/adelearninghub . You will need access to Google Docs to access the application.

Yes, the recordings will be found in the 21st CCLC Summer Learning Hub at https://sites.google.com/view/adelearninghub
However, if you attend the session LIVE you will recieve 1.5 CEU credits. If you do not attend the session live you will not be able to earn the CEU credits.
You can attend the “Implementation Lab Sessions” offered about two weeks after the live sessions are held. The Learning Agenda (TLA) and 21st CCLC Staff will be available to assist you and answer any questions you may have about the 21st CCLC summer learning model.

Yes, all 21st CCLC sites can and should participate in the training series. The training series provide another layer for summer learning development.
The 4x4x4 model is a requirement for all New Cycle 18 - FY23 year 1 sites as stated in their approved original application and moving forward. Sites who were awarded FY22 – Cycle 17, FY21-Cycle 16, and FY20-Cycle 15 implementing a 3-week model that was approved in their original application will not be a requirement to follow the 4x4x4 model unless a revision was made to increase by a week in the Continuing Application.
Yes, during the Implementation Labs which are meant for participants to get one-on-one support and guidance for their summer programs. The first one is Wednesday, October 5th at 3:00 pm.
