You are invited to participate in a 30-minute live Community Partner Exhibit Hall where you can interact and share with attendees how your organizations’ work supports the mission and goals of Title IV-A and Title IV-B programs. We know that Community Partners like you are CRITICAL to school and student success. This event provides an excellent outreach opportunity for your organization as we reach more than 600 registered participants annually. As an invited community partner to this event please ensure that: Your organization is a non-profit 501(c) 3 in Arizona, Your work supports 21st CCLC programming in areas of: academics, youth development, or family engagement, Your organization can send someone to be available live for the 30-minute Community Partner Exhibition Hall on Friday, July 15th from 1pm- 1:30pm. Your 30-minute Live Session may be a(n) Presentation and Overview of your work, Networking opportunity with grantees from across the state, Q/A session to grantees passing through your 'booth', Opportunity to share resources and materials that have been used in the past 21st CCLC programs. We look forward to receiving your organization’s complete RFP information so we can build an interactive Community Partner Exhibit Hall page on the Symposium’s platform and to have a meaningful presence at the 2022 Title IV-A & B Symposium: Building Better Tomorrows!

Session Information
The 30 Minute Live Block details for Community Partners is still being finalized. Selected Partners will have a follow up meeting or email correspondence to know how best to plan/prep for July 15th event from 1:00pm-1:30pm

Please include information about programs/services your organization offers and the location where these services are in Arizona (Northern/Central/Southern/Statewide). Indicate whether services are provided in-person, virtual or both. Partners may choose to pre-record their sessions or present live. Partners must be present and available for questions through the chat feature during their scheduled session.
