INTERNAL PD INFO: Secondary Transition Training Opportunities for the 2023–2024 School Year

As the new school year approaches, we encourage you to ask yourself if Secondary Transition training would be helpful for you or your staff. Whether it's a quick refresher or an in-depth professional development opportunity, the ADE/ESS team has various training options available to help meet the unique best practice needs of your school or region.

If your school, district, or region requires individualized support or training for topics related to Indicator 13 (IEP transition planning) and Indicator 14 (the Post School Outcomes Survey and results) best practices, please complete the request form. Upon completing the form, a Secondary Transition Specialist will be in contact to discuss the best method to address the identified needs.
