Q: How do I request transcripts for Adult Education?
It looks like you need to request transcripts for your Adult Education. The website for Adult Education Services is https://www.azed.gov/adultedservices.
Email is the preferred method of communication currently. Our Adult Education Department can be reached at this email: [email protected]. Their telephone number is (602) 258-2410 and can be reached between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm on weekdays except for state holidays.
The Arizona Department of Education does not oversee processes for handling bullying or discrimination issues. We suggest you contact the school’s Principal, Superintendent, and/or Governing Board. If you continue to have issues, we recommend you continue to communicate with your School Board members.

Q: How do I reset my password?

Q: How do I request access to Common Logon?
Looks like you need to request access to Certification Search and/or Teacher Input Application (TIA) within Common Logon.
All requests to create Common Logon accounts or for deletions, additions, or changes to Common Logon accounts must come from the authorized Entity Administrator, Business Manager, Designated User, Charter Signer, District Superintendent, or Board Member for the specific entity. Please have an authorized requestor submit the Common Logon request on your behalf using the Help Desk ticketing system at: https://helpdeskexternal.azed.gov/.
For questions regarding invoicing for conferences, please contact ADE Accounts Receivable at [email protected] or visit https://www.azed.gov/accounting. They can also be reached at 602-542-5232. The Accounts Receivables Unit handles all incoming conference funds and the revolving fund.

It looks like you would have a question regarding your diploma. Unfortunately, the Arizona Department of Education does not house transcripts or records for students. Please be advised most high schools are unable to accommodate requests for duplicate diplomas. We suggest contacting the school of record or the school district office for further information.

Q: How do I get Email Support?

ADEConnect (sign-in system), ESA Applicant Portal (The ESA system), and Class Wallet (The payment system). All three systems must have the same email address to access the ESA account.

Q: I received an error of GME User Account Not Found
If you are looking for support to resolve the “this account was not found or is not an active user” GME alert. For further assistance, please submit a request or call Grants Management at 602.542.3901, Option 1 for further assistance.

Q: How do I obtain an HSE?
There are three (3) ways to obtain your High School Equivalency (HSE) Diploma in Arizona. All alternatives require a passing score in the AZ Civics Test. You can accomplish this through one of the following pathways:
- The GED® Testing Pathway
- The College Credit Pathway
- The HSE PLUS Career Readiness Pathway

Q: How do I verify an HSE?

All homeschooling questions and submissions are handled through your County’s superintendent's Office. For example: If you live in Phoenix; you would contact the Maricopa County School Superintendent's Office.

It looks like you have concerns about a school withholding transcript and/or records. The Arizona Department of Education does not engage with cases involving schools withholding transcripts due to finance debt owed. ARS 15-828 (G) states: “Notwithstanding any financial debt owed by the pupil, any school requested to forward a copy of a transferring pupil's record to the new school shall comply.”

Q: How do I apply for a Fingerprint Card?
To apply for an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card: Please visit the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) website. Select "Fingerprint Clearance Card Application, Requests, and Status Checks" for information on how to apply for your IVP fingerprint clearance card.
Q: How do I process Name Changes?
Name changes may not be updated through the AzEDCert portal. Name changes must be requested via mail or at the customer service counter. Please print the Application to Change My Name and mail it to the address on the form with the appropriate documentation with the $20 fee.

For the NEW Achievement Tutoring program provided through ESSER funds, which is meant for individual students, please visit the Achievement Tutoring homepage. The State Tutoring program is ONLY for eligible schools.
