Should students who are attending or participating in a Distance Learning Program within the district or charter district be associated with the Distance Learning Program or their home school in PAN?

The Distance Learning Program is not a school; it's a program. Students must be registered for the AZELLA test under the district or charter home school. Students must be administered the test in a brick-and-mortar district/school setting. Most students who are associated with an online learning program are administered the test at their home school.
