Three in-person trainings will consist of topics uniquely designed for Assistant Principals who want to elevate their current leadership practices. Topics include the following: Instructional Leadership, Classroom Instruction, Campus & Student Management, Problem Solving, Data-based Decision-Making, and Leadership Inside Management (People vs. Tasks). Leave each session with practical tools that can be implemented on campus immediately.
