ADE Teacher Leaders' Academy
We recognize that many educators want to continue their influence in the classroom while simultaneously expanding their impact beyond the students they teach. Grounded in the recently adopted AZ Teacher Leader Standards, this training includes 4 full-day, in-person sessions on relevant leadership topics. In between those quarterly sessions, participants will meet virtually in their collaborative cohort to further unpack the learning. The cohorts will customize learning topics to differentiate the learning within the virtual sessions.

- Session 1-August 2025: Leadership, Growth Mindset, & Vision
- Session 2-October 2025: Relationships & Culture
- Session 3-January 2026: Instruction, Learning Theory, & Data
- Session 4-March 2026: Professional Development, Celebration, & Technology
*4 additional virtual session dates will be offered
