The ADE Comprehensive School Wellness Program, in conjunction with the Title IV-A Safe and Healthy Students Program, and the Academic Standards Program are excited to host a free virtual discussion on Comprehensive School Physical Activity Programs.

Objectives of the Webinar:

• Provide an overview of Comprehensive School Physical Activity Programs (CSPAP), which reflects strong coordination and synergy across all the components: physical education as the foundation; physical activity before, during, and after school; staff involvement; and family and community engagement.
• Explain how social-emotional learning can be incorporated into CSPAP components.
• Demonstrate implementation strategies for a CSPAP.
• Explain possible funding sources to implement a CSPAP.

Target Audience: K-12 physical activity teachers, teachers, school health educators, and school administrators. Anyone interested in learning more about the comprehensive school physical activity program is welcome!
