An application is no longer required for participation in the State Tutoring Grant. Please choose one of the approved providers from the website to provide services.

Please complete the budget worksheet and submit to your chosen vendor: State Tutoring Budget Worksheet.

Please plan on tutoring no more than 30 weeks for the school year. Tutoring will not take place during any district breaks or on grade-level state assessment dates.
