Arizona Purple Star School Program
Summary of Requirements
In-person AZPSS Professional Development to at least 70% of staff and administrators
Designate one employee with an appropriate background as the primary Point of Contact (POC)
- The POC will: Required POC Training
- Complete necessary training
- Oversee the school's AZPSS program & student mentors
- Update the school's AZPSS website
- Organize a patriotic event each school year
- Track the number of participants & mentors
Designated schools will be advertised on ADE's website and are valid for two years.

AZPSS Application
The AZPSS Annual Report is due June 30 of each school year.
