These reports allow the LEA to view data that has passed or failed the Integrity rules. These reports are critical to reconciliation of student data to ensure proper funding. This video reviews the new SDER Application in ADEConnect.
This video provides a comprehensive guide to AzEDS ADM reports. These reports can be used to reconcile student data with a review of the columns within the ADM15 that should be considered in this process. We provide a list of questions you should ask yourself before rolling over your SIS and closing out the fiscal year along with tips on end of year reconciliation. There is also a review of the A.R.S. 15-915 posted guidance and how to properly submit a request for data correction. In accordance with A.R.S. §15-905(L), the FY 2023 BUDG-75 Expenditure Analysis Letters are now published. Letters are based on the most recent FY 2023 BUDG-75 Over Expenditure reports, which have been calculated using FY 2023 BSA55 SRC information. These letters serve as official notification of any over expenditure for FY 2023, and how Budget Balance/Over Expenditure values should be recorded on the next FY 2024 budget revision.
