Welcome to Comparability
Annual Title I, Part A Comparability
Comparability is an annual requirement. Using current-year data, it precedes eligibility for the receipt of Title I, and Part A fund allocations for that year. An LEA that does not demonstrate compliance may have its Title I, Part A allocation withheld until compliance is demonstrated.

Use one of the provided workbooks or another method to demonstrate that the LEA is comparable
Once comparable, enter the LEA’s data in Educational Monitoring and Compliance (EMAC) and submit it to the Arizona Department of Education
