Arizona’s 2026 Elementary and Secondary Education Act Conference Registration & Lodging

 

Participant registration is open now through June 5, 2026!

Cost:

$425 per person (Daily breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments Tuesday-Thursday are included in the registration cost).    

Why should you attend Arizona’s 2026 ESEA Conference? 

  1. You are… 
    1. a federal education program director or coordinator 
    2. a superintendent or district office administrator who works with research, grants, personnel, or professional development 
    3. a school site principal, site or district employee who is funded by Title I or another program under ESEA.  
  2. You are new to your job and need to know more about everything dealing with federal program administration. 
  3. You want to increase your professional learning, staying on top of the latest federal programs updates, and be able to communicate with colleagues across the state!

How to register

1. Log into APLD through ADEConnect or click on the registration link above

The registration link is available under the “Academic Achievement” category. You can also find the course by using the search bar on the top right and searching "2026 ESEA Conference."  

NOTE: Each person attending the conference is required to have a separate, individual registration, including presenters. Multiple participants cannot be registered under one account. 

2. Update your APLD profile to include any applicable accommodation or dietary needs.

This is how we will be sharing dietary restrictions with the venue staff. Please ensure all information in your APLD profile is up to date. Once in APLD, please use the navigation menu on the left to access and edit your profile.

3. Add the registration to your cart and complete the steps to check out.

Registration does not include lodging accommodation. Please see the information below for lodging at Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa

Payment information

Acceptable methods of payment are purchase order (PO), check, or credit card.  If paying with a PO or check, an electronic copy is required during the registration process. If paying with a credit card, Visa or Mastercard (not American Express) are accepted.   

Please note that sending a purchase order directly to the Arizona Department of Education does not constitute completed registration for this training.

All Resort fees are waived for all conference attendees.
