Arizona's 2026 Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Conference Call for Papers

The Arizona Department of Education is thrilled to offer a variety of ways to be involved in Arizona’s 2026 ESEA Conference!

Proposal Deadline: Closed May 1, 2026

We are now accepting proposals for breakout sessions at Arizona’s 2026 ESEA Conference. If you are interested in sharing your expertise with other Arizona educators, we invite you to submit a proposal to present at one of the many sessions offered throughout the conference.

Breakout Session Information

  • All presenters are required to register for the conference. When registering, you will select one of the following tiers: 

    • Bronze Tier - $0 to present only. No meals or other conference amenities are included. 

    • Silver Tier - $150 to present and have access to conference amenities on the day of your presentation. Meals on the day of your presentation are included.  

    • Gold Tier - $425 to present and attend the full 3-day conference. Meals and all conference amenities are included.  

  • Sessions will be offered at various lengths of time (45 minutes-90 minutes).

  • Presenters may not offer or endorse specific services or products for sale at any time during their presentation.

  • A maximum of three (3) presenters for each session. 

Proposals must identify the primary topical strand the session is intended to address. Sessions must incorporate strategies and interventions, include active participation of the audience, involve aspects of collaboration, and include adequate time for reflection and sharing.

The Arizona Department of Education and the Academic Achievement Team are excited to offer businesses, non-profits, and other departments/agencies the opportunity to be an exhibitor and/or sponsor during Arizona’s 2026 ESEA Conference. Participating as an exhibitor lends participants the opportunity to network with Arizona educators and administrators, market their products, gain leads on possible business opportunities, and spread awareness of their organization.

We are now accepting proposals for student performances at Arizona’s 2026 ESEA Conference. If you are interested in showcasing the many talents of our Arizona students, we invite you to submit a proposal to perform at our conference.
