Please see the following public notice and comment period information for the Ed-Flex Authority and FY24 Title IV-B (21st CCLC) requests for waiver.
The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) has applied for a waiver under the ESEA for multiple award periods. This application documents serve as the basis for the waiver applications as well as the operation and administration of activities to carry out the requirements of Ed-Flex Authority and Title IV-B by the waivers. As part of the public participation process outlined in the ESEA regulations at 34 CFR § 300.165 and in Section 427 of the General Education Provisions Act (GEPA) (20 U.S.C. 1228a), the State must publish its Federal Waiver Requests and allow public comment.
